Energy Gel Citrus/Green Tea 12 x 40g

Use Energy gel before and/or during physical activity to ensure a stable energy level. The gel is particularly suitable for endurance sports such as running, cycling, triathlon and long-term training.

Consume the gel approximately 30-60 minutes before you expect to need an energy boost, e.g. before a demanding hill, a longer interval or a sprint.

It also works perfectly as a supplement during training or competition, when the energy stores need to be replenished.

Dosing
The gel opens easily at the tear-off opening. The gel is then pushed in in the mouth, after which it can be easily swallowed. We recommend 1 gel per 30-45 minutes of activity, depending on intensity and body weight.

Test the product during training, before using it for competition, to find the optimal timing and amount for you.
