Carbo Loader 800 g

DESCRIPTION

Carbo Loader is a neutral-flavoured carbohydrate powder based on maltodextrin.

The product is used to increase carbohydrate intake during long training sessions and competitions without making the sports drink sweeter. It can be used on its own as a neutral energy drink or combined with PurePower Carbo Race to build a more aggressive carb strategy. 

Carbo Loader is relevant for runners, cyclists and triathletes working with 90–120 g of carbohydrates per hour. The product makes it easier to adjust energy intake based on the duration and intensity of the training session.

USE

Mix 30–60 g of Carbo Loader with 500–750 ml of water.

Can be used on its own as a neutral energy drink or combined with Carbo Race to increase the carbohydrate content without added sweetness.

Examples:

• 50 g Carbo Race → 47 g carbohydrates
• 50 g Carbo Race + 25 g Carbo Loader → 72 g carbohydrates
• 50 g Carbo Race + 50 g Carbo Loader → 97 g carbohydrates

Suitable for long training sessions and competitions where a high-carb strategy is used.

Dosage

30–60 g per bottle depending on the desired carbohydrate intake and training intensity.

Storage

Store in a dry place and avoid excessive heat.
