Shipping & Delivery

At PurePower, we strive to deliver your order as quickly, safely, and reliably as possible.


 

Order Processing Time

All orders placed on purepowersport.com are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after the order has been placed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.


Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination country and selected carrier, but are generally:

  • EU countries: 2–5 business days

  • Remote areas: Delivery may take slightly longer

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as customs checks, carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak periods.


 

Shipping Costs

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • Destination country

  • Order size and weight

  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.


 

Shipping Carriers & Tracking

 

We ship orders using reputable international carriers.

All shipments include a tracking number, which will be sent to you via email (and/or SMS) once your order has been dispatched.

You can track your parcel from dispatch until delivery using the provided tracking link.


 

Delivery Address & Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is correct and complete.

PurePower cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information

  • Absence of the recipient at the time of delivery

  • Delivery instructions not followed by the customer


 

Damaged or Missing Parcels


If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive within the expected delivery time, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos of damaged items or packaging (if applicable)

Undelivered or Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, we reserve the right to:

  • Resend the order (additional shipping costs may apply), or

  • Refund the order value excluding shipping costs


 

Food Products & Delivery Conditions

PurePower sells food and sports nutrition products. We take great care in packaging orders to ensure product quality during transport.

However, we cannot be held responsible for deterioration caused by:

  • Extended delivery times beyond our control

  • Exposure to extreme temperatures during transport
